Our Team
Freddie Albaugh joins HeartLife Professional Soul Care as President and CEO after thirty years serving the local church. Over that time, Freddie has walked alongside people through nearly every season of life: as a pastor to students, as a marriage ministry pastor helping couples build strong foundations, and as an executive pastor leading and shepherding a growing church staff. That path has given him a deep, on-the-ground understanding of the burdens people carry and the courage it takes to ask for help.
Freddie holds a Master of Divinity from Reformed Theological Seminary in Orlando and recently completed an Advanced Certificate in Transformational Coaching through Western Seminary and the Global Center for Coaching, training that sharpened his gift for helping others and organizations move toward lasting change.
What drew Freddie to HeartLife is simple: he believes in the mission. He's passionate about HeartLife's Christ-centered clinical care and its commitment to walking alongside the local church rather than around it. He's honored to lead an organization that takes both sound clinical practice and the truth of the gospel seriously, and he can't wait to see what God does next.
Outside the office, Freddie treasures time with his family, stays active through regular exercise, is rarely without a good podcast queued up, and enjoys the occasional afternoon in the woodshop. His ministry and leadership are shaped by Galatians 6:2: "Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ."
