A Workshop for Rising 9th Grade Girls

High school is a season of new beginnings, new friendships, and new opportunities, but it can also bring uncertainty and stress. Becoming Me is a fun, interactive workshop designed to help rising ninth-grade girls feel more prepared as they begin this exciting chapter. Through meaningful discussions, and a personalized vision board, participants will discover their unique strengths, build confidence, learn practical stress management and coping skills, and explore what healthy friendships look like. Girls will have opportunities to reflect, express themselves creatively, and develop practical tools to navigate the social, emotional, and academic transitions of high school, leaving them feeling more prepared to step confidently into this new season.
