    New Clients: Please call 901.756.5788, and someone in our office will gladly assist you. You may also submit an appointment request online by completing the form linked here.

    HeartLife Professional Soul Care is a not-for-profit organization committed to providing excellence in Christian counseling.

  3. What makes HeartLife different from other counseling services in the area?

    At HeartLife, we aren’t just counselors who happen to be Christians. Our faith adds compassion to our clinical work. Our faith enables us to provide truth, love, and grace, providing patients/clients with a true healing experience.

  4. What kinds of counseling do you offer?

    We offer a full range of therapeutic services. Therapy focus includes but is not limited to marital, premarital, family, child and adolescent, depression, anxiety, grief, relationship, eating disorders, addiction, substance abuse, and sex addiction.

  5. Can I make an appointment for someone else?
    HeartLife would love to serve you, your friends, family, staff, patients, students, and church members. In order to protect client confidentiality, the patient must contact us to request an appointment. Read more about our referral process.

  6. Do you accept insurance?

    We do not accept insurance, but we will be happy to assist you with getting the necessary documentation to file a claim yourself. When a practice or practitioner signs a Managed Care Contract, the managed care organization (MCO) can dictate the “type of treatment and the number of approved sessions.” We do not feel we can ethically provide treatment from the treatment paradigms that many MCOs demand.
