Calling all teenage girls! We are launching a new therapy group this semester focusing on helping teens better understand anxiety and depression. Through guided discussions, activities, and exercises, this therapist-led group will explore various ways to manage anxiety and depression as well as offer a safe space for sharing experiences, gaining insights, and building connections with other teen girls who may be facing similar challenges.

Who: Teenage Girls

When: Wednesdays from 4-5pm, (6 weeks) beginning April 3 - May 8

Learning to Live in Peace is a group for moms who struggle with anxiety in their daily living and/or parenting. We learn how to navigate anxiety and increase dependence on God in our parenting and lives. Some art interventions will be used. The group will read Sissy Goff's book, "The Worry-Free Parent" to supplement what we are learning.

Embracing God’s Design is a therapist-led, body image group for teen girls ages 14-17. We want to help equip your girls with effective coping skills, and promote a balanced approach to physical health, prioritizing overall well-being rather than appearance.
We will use evidence-based techniques, Scripture, and a holistic approach to empower girls to see how wonderfully and beautifully they were created by their Creator.

Navigating the Holidays after Divorce (Women Only)

Christmas is a time filled with laughter and love and family which can also make Christmas time a very difficult time after divorce. Dealing with memories, kids with emotions having to juggle holidays, finding a new normal, and rewriting the holidays will all be explored. You CAN do this and I look forward to helping you understand more and set the groundwork to make the holidays special for the kids too.

Navigating the Holidays after Loss

Christmas is a time filled with laughter and love and family which can also make Christmas time a very difficult time after the loss of someone you love. We’re launching a 4-week group to allow boys a chance to work through the end of the summer nerves, transition back to a traditional school schedule, and begin the new school year. The goal of the group is to set them up for a great year by teaching them tools and tricks for learning, studying, and behaving appropriately and successfully in the classroom!

NEW day CAMP: The transition to middle school can feel scary and overwhelming, this 1-day boot camp is aimed at giving girls the confidence and skills they need to begin the middle school journey. The day will include learning, talking, games, snacks, and a few fun projects.

The group will utilize art and other creative means in order to help moms learn how to manage their own emotions around their children’s anxiety, basic co-regulation skills, and a framework to think about their children’s anxiety.
